VISA APPLICATIONS
Over the years CTEC has managed to assist more than 300 Travelers to successful Obtain their Travel visas. The percentage rate of Visas that got turned down from different embassies out of % is 8% so far. We are proud to say that we have successfuly applied for Visas to mostly the below countries;

CTEC has processed Travel Visas in the Following catigories:
-Tourism Visa - A document that allows a limited period of leisure travel within a country, but no business activity.
-Visitors Visa -Visitor visa may be for the purpose of visiting friends or family, medical treatment, business etc. Visitor visa is granted for a longer duration and the immigrant has to get extensions after every 6 months.
-Work Visa -A visa giving one the ability to take a job in a country other than the one in which one is a citizen. ... Another visa may be more general and may allow the holder to work at any job for a certain period of time. Work visas are generally temporary, though most may be renewed.
-Student Visa - is a special endorsement added to a government passport issued to students enrolled at qualified educational institutions. Student visas are non-immigrant visas that do not require the holder to obtain citizenship
-Transit -a visa allowing its holder to pass through a country only, not to stay there.
-Conference -is a permit to visit and stay in a country for a short period of time for the specific goal of attending a conference. You probably need a conference visa if: You are travelling to another country for a conference

VISA APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

The applicant shall submit the following documentation:

Application form, completed and signed by the applicant. Please note that forms must be downloaded and saved on the computer before filling them out. If the applicant is a minor, the parents/legal guardians have to sign the form.

A passport size photograph (35X45 mm).

Travel document. The travel document must be valid at least three months beyond the proposed stay. The document cannot be over 10 years old and must have at least two blank pages.

Proof of financial support. Either submit applicant's bank statement or a guarantee form from the reference person in Iceland “Guarantee form for visits” along with the reference person's bank statement or paystubs.

Documentation showing applicants ties to home country, e.g. verification from applicant's employer of employment upon return or confirmation from applicant's school of continued studies upon return.

Documentation confirming the purpose of travel:

Letter of invitation from the reference person (host), if the purpose of the trip is a visit to friends or family. For a family visit, documentation of the family relationship is required.

For a business trip, confirmation/invitation from a company in Iceland.

For tourists, hotel booking and tour booking, as applicable.

If the intention is to attend a meeting or seminar, confirmation/invitation from the applicable conference organizer/institution.
